Hey folks,

If you are an EA Play Pro member on PC and were missing your pre-order content, then you'll now be able to find that in-game. Just relog, and check the Collection screen.

Thanks again for reporting this to us and sticking with us while we worked to make this content available for you. We're looking forward to seeing you wearing your new Skins on the Battlefield!

    I have EA Play Pro and I still haven't gotten the pre-order bonuses.

    I have contacted EA Support today and have received the following message from Ujjwal: "you already have those pre order packs in your account, however to use these pack you must have the complete access to the game, to get the complete access to the game you must purchase the game."

    Does this mean that, along with my EA Play Pro membership, I must purchase the $60 Standard Edition of Battlefield 2042 for my pre-order bonuses to come into effect?
