Attachment Variety
Something I would like to see added that builds upon the last update is the continuation of including attachments in the game to all weapons across the board. I think adding the portal attachments like the Holographic 2x, ACOG, Kobra sight, etc to ALL weapons including the base game BF2042 guns AND portal guns that don't have some of these attachment options would enrich player choice, especially when it comes to optics. Being able to put the Kobra sight on the AK24 or a Holographic 2x on the M5A3 would be cool!
Redacted Map: Is it possible to...?
I spawned into a heavily 1-sided game on the Russian side (zero flags, spawn\camped out). I walked to the escape chute (left side) but didn't drop down as I could see 3 dead teamies from explosive shells (assume SPH). Enemy came down the Russian home zip line, up the chute and shot me. How is that possible? The zip line length alone should ensure that an enemy cannot traverse it and live, yet the guy came up into the very rear of Russian spawn.Match making broken?
how and why in the hell do we end up getting put together in matches with the same hacks, and trash talkers? Seriously, out of the how many thousands of players? And two different versions of 2042? It’s pretty ridiculous when you get players calling you out by your gamertag in the chat, from right out the get. anyone have any logical explanation for this? Cause bf1 was pretty balanced but after that it just went down the hill.BF2042 infested by cheaters /EU
Its difficult to find a lobby without cheaters in when playing in EU /Scandinavia. In most of the rounds there are players who (1) kill everyone with one shot, ( or 2 ) without even pointing with gun or (3) from dead angles. They also sometimes dont register any hits themselves. Reporting them does not do anything. We all know EA / Dice does not care about gaming community. I wonder is same **bleep** ongoing in other areas too? Do they think we are going to buy BF6 after all this?
Teleporting and Moonwalking
Have anyone else experienced weird delay or server not syncing issue? For example: I was running and then suddenly "teleported" like 50m forward instantly. I was straight killed after that due to me being confused about what just happened. Shortly after i see enemy player "Moonwalk" in the air and like moving up the stairs. All this movement wasn't glitchy or anything. so smooth and i even tried to kill that player on the air but didn't hit anyone obviously. My internet is good and this can't be the issue. About 300-400mb/sec stable download speed.
Bring back Angel´s capability to give armor
Hey it is your boy ######## from #####. After playing support for like (let me check) 1.2k hours i can say that Angel (my main) need more sugar! In the past he could give armor to other players with his character gadget, which was amazing and i didn't had the opportunity to take advantage on that, that being said i think it wouldn't be anything but positive to the contribution on the team efforts to win the match, since (at least on where i play which is brazil´s server) every support is rather a Falk or a rookie trying out characters (and also i´ve already made a post about what i think about Irish´s kit) However i could see why people wouldn't like the return of this feature, claims about being too spammy and overpowered are already on my mind and i could agree to some degree with that, so, hear me out here. what about, you guys bring back the angel´s armor, but it would be only be available if you resupply on the supply crate? i think that's more than fair, i barely see others Angels calling supply crates, in the past month i´ve probably seen it no more than 5 times in games that i see lots of Angels running around, so, what do you guys think? having the armor back but only accessible by the supply crate would get 2 birds with one stone, since not only it would give armor to others, but it would incentivize supports to call in supply crates for the team (something that is needed since most ppl never call it) (Also could you guys make the anti armor round on assault weapons to be at least 30 rounds? they are useful but get people a lot of punishment if they waste their shots) xoxo, SurvivorWhich Tier 1 items are you working on?

Casper´s drone need more range (E.M.P) +2 other balancing suggestions
Casper has a problem, the problem being that part of his kit is not playing the game, but staying in a corner watching a screen, this is very problematic because the player can easily get into the conclusion that playing Casper is a waste of time (unless you are camping of course), ill give y´all some suggestions that i think it could help reduce that general idea. Yes, just like you read in the tittle, i am aware that the low range was there because the E.M.P could be used against vehicles in the past, and i completely support that, but now the thing is: It is not available anymore. The current range for the Dron´s E.M.P is under around less than 30 meters to work (more like 25 but don't worry about it) -Well i suggest that since the vehicle E.M.P is gone for good, it might be a good idea to give the players the option to not expose the Dron to inmediate danger each time they want to destroy any gadget on the map anymore, its basically a heavily nerfed M.A.V now (Unlike the one in battlefield 4), and guess how long you can destroy equipment with that thing, i put an image right below so you can see for yourself. Well 30 Mts. is not a lot, just double the range and everyone will be happy (pretty please) -The 2nd suggestion i have to offer is: Speed, the Drone is very, very slow, specially if you have it on the sky and need to close the gap to a gadget to destroy it, most of the time is more quick to just walk and shoot it yourself. Again, i am aware why devs wont like the idea of that, we all know that there was one point in the past where the Dron could carry 3 c5´s on top of it, meaning that the player could destroy any tank with ease, trowing the balance out of the window. -So make it faster, but if there is anything on top of the drone, just make it unable to move, that way you keep the speed, the Casper player wont be spending too long on the drone, and there is no more tank destroying drones. -Finally, the 3rd suggestion i have to offer is: The thermal vision I am unaware if it is intended to be this way, but sometimes when you enter a previously placed drone there is a cool-down on the E.M.P. That is not something i am concerned about since i think it make some kind of sense having that there, but the thing is, if the drone has a cool-down on his E.M.P, that means the player cannot access the thermal vision. That is a problem since if you have the Dron on a good position (So you could quickly access it and ping players around an objective lets say),and you don't have immediately the option to see them, it just slows down the play-style of the player. Again, I can understand why a cool-down would be there but that there just looks like you are punish people who don't camp with Casper, Playing objectives, is kind of annoying, but not the end of the world with his kit, and i hope the devs encourage Casper players to get out of their cozy camper place and actually playing the game in a way that is more helpful for the team. -So just make the thermal vision available even if the E.M.P is on cool-down. Urgent Concerns Regarding Cronus Zen and Cheating on EU Servers (PlayStation)
Dear EA Representatives, I am writing as a dedicated player who has been playing your game for nearly three years. I’d like to express my growing frustration regarding the rampant increase in cheaters, particularly those using the Cronus Zen device. This device is being widely used, especially on PlayStation servers in Europe, and it is severely damaging the experience for new players. Many newcomers, after being repeatedly killed by cheaters using Cronus Zen, simply give up and quit the game — understandably discouraged by such an unfair environment. This not only harms the current player base but also prevents the growth of a game that already has a limited community. Despite reporting around 14 players who were clearly using Cronus Zen, all of my reports have been closed without any follow-up or clear action. It makes me wonder — is using Cronus Zen now the only way to compete in this game? I am more than willing to provide usernames of players using this device on European servers. Some of them are even streaming themselves using Cronus Zen live on popular video platforms, clearly showing how they fire without recoil to gain an unfair advantage and attract followers through cheating. If you wish, I can also share links to these players and their streams with your team. Frankly, this situation has made me lose the motivation to play. It’s frustrating to see blatant cheating go unchecked, while legitimate players are pushed away. Do you have any plans to take serious action against Cronus Zen users? Will there be stronger enforcement going forward? I also understand a new game is in development. However, many of us fear that this issue will carry over unless there are major improvements to anti-cheat systems. Lastly, I want to highlight the current state of European servers, especially on PlayStation. During the daytime, it's extremely difficult to find matches — a clear sign of player base decline. I think we all know how useless the Trophy is right now, mostly because, grenades suck, nobody uses anything but the smoke grenades because of its versatility. the problem is, the trophy system nowadays only stops grenades, which nobody is using!!! There is basically no real reason to pick Irish except on close distance maps such as Censored and stadium where you can occasionally kind of make it work on a choke point or in a blind spot from the enemy team Well i think i have picture it how bad i think the trophy system is enough, time to show my recommendations! 1-The first idea that i´ve had in consideration would require some kind of changes to the game wich i think would completely be an immediate "nope" from the game developers even if it would be fitting like a glove, which is: Making the trophy system as it was before the nerf, but be completely deactivated when a vehicle enters into a radius of 50 meters, this would completely keep in the purpose of the neft (people camping with tanks alongside trophy systems making it almost impossible to take down by any kind of vehicle or even rocket launchers) alongside having a stong option to defend capture points as we were capable of before the nerf. 2-The second idea i think it would be more doable since i think (from my low unexperience on the matter) it would require less work, wich is: Making the trophy system as it were before the nerf, but only inside capture points, after consideration i could se the problems this would bring, in one hand it would make campers don't camp in hills and advance to the points, but in the other hand, i could see people camping inside the closest capture point to their base bringing the problem causing the nerf returning back. listen i know how lame campers and players in general can be, but basically deleting half of a character kit just feels, wrong to me, i hope Irish would be usable again, i remember back in the day being alone capturing a far away point when a jet went wild on the building i was in just to be protected by my 2 trophy's. damm i miss that. xoxo survivorAC42 nerfed into uselessness?
Havent been omln Bf for a while, returning player. My favourite AR seems to have been nerfed into absolute invalidness. Im hitting people at 80-100m with 5 bursts stationary and taking them to maybe 30% health? What on earth have you done to it? So you get massacred at short to medium range by full autos, and now cant kill anyone at distance unless they have the reaction speeds of a vegetated teaspoon. Abhorrent decision.
