BF2042 infested by cheaters /EU
Its difficult to find a lobby without cheaters in when playing in EU /Scandinavia. In most of the rounds there are players who (1) kill everyone with one shot, ( or 2 ) without even pointing with gun or (3) from dead angles. They also sometimes dont register any hits themselves. Reporting them does not do anything. We all know EA / Dice does not care about gaming community. I wonder is same **bleep** ongoing in other areas too? Do they think we are going to buy BF6 after all this?
Is it possible to toggle the Modify Weapon Attachment key instead of holding it?
Is it possible to toggle the Modify Weapon Attachment key (Plus Menu) instead of holding it? I'm on PC and it's T. I find it very awkward that this button must be held in order to change weapon attachments. It is possible to toggle it like click to open and click to close instead of holding it all the time? A Request to EA from Me, a BF2042 Streaming Fan
The Battlefield series has had periods in the past where the player base shrank due to bugs, cheaters, and terrible additions, but BF 2042 has seen the worst decline in player numbers compared to any previous title in the series. I, too, experienced that bizarre period right after launch when there were only three-digit numbers of online players on Steam, and I kept playing this game until the release of BF 6. During that time, I encountered various streamers—I wonder if EA could at least send those streamers a word of thanks. I play in Japan, and all the streamers I came across were Japanese; they really seemed to be having a great time playing. Occasionally, a viewer would comment, “I was debating whether to buy BF 2042, but seeing you enjoy it so much made me want to give it a try! I’m buying it!” Of course, the EA team worked hard, but could you please send even just a few words of thanks to these streamers and content creators—who, unlike some others, continued to stream and upload videos while genuinely enjoying this BF2042 series that the current influencers, who gained popularity from past entries, had all but thrown in the trash? As a viewer who loves watching BF2042 streams, this is my request to EA.

A more useful stability metric than raw crash count could be: Crash-Free Sessions Percentage of gameplay sessions completed without a crash This could be segmented by: Platform Hardware Map Mode Driver Game version Session duration Example Build A: Crash-free sessions: 99.4% Build B: Crash-free sessions: 98.7% Even if average FPS improved, the regression should immediately be investigated.
Bring back 64 conquest pls...
seriously i dont understand the decision, people want to play the mode they want WITH HOWEVER MANY PEOPLE THEY WANT Merging them does not help, it just annoys the player base i have literally seen both sides asking for 64 conquest AND 128 conquest to be separated so please just do it, i dont even see how it could take that much effort when it was previously done soCrossplay with PC "magic" ruins the game.
EA needs to do something about PC advantage and the cheaters, or, even better, add a console only crossplay option. PS only, i get nothing but bots, Ps and XBox and I go 5 to 1 kd avg. Add Crossplay and we either forget how to play or the advantage is so absurd that I suddenly start missing kills from 10 meters. I'm close to level 400 and you throw in a couple of PC players and the SMG sniping starts, followed by the triple headshots while straffing, not to mention the run, jump, strafe and sniper headshot from a 10x scope while turning. PS and XBox players, let me know, would you like to see a console only crossplay option or am I the only one suffering from the "PC Magic"?
Battlefield Hardline on Portal
Please add Battlefield Hardline to Portal. Hardline has some of the best infantry maps in the series, such as Downtown, Bank Job, The Block. Also, unique game modes like Heist, Blood Money. Bringing these to Portal would preserve a game that now has a very small player base while introducing them to the newer games. please bring Hardline to Portal. My friends and I would grind that everyday. That game was a childhood. Thanks for your time.
Please bring back Conquest 64
The merging of the game modes was definetly a "Controversial" change I really want to think this change was not mean to be to drive people away from Battlefield 2042, but that is definetly what actually happend. People who play 128 dont want to play 64 and vise-versa. Please bring back Conquest 64, i played battlefield 6 and i didn´t like it, please let me play on 2042 since conquest 64 was everything i played. i know that this is kind of an old man yelling at a cloud, but im very worried about this matter.
Heli yaw controls and sensitivity
Is there a setting that adjusts the sensitivity of yaw right/left? My roll seems fine and its sensitivity controlled by the "Vehicle aim sensitivity" setting. But I'm not sure how to adjust the yaw sensitivity. This is on console but I guess the same applies for pc. Does anyone use anything other than the left analog stick for yaw control?
