@ElliotLH Bunch of discord channels where you can try to use their lfg to find people. Didn't even manage to do that. Not organized clans.

@Andretti2014 I'm sorry that didn't help. All I can advise in this case would be to persevere with the Platoon Beta on the Battlefield Companion site or the various large gaming clans; most have their own websites and play a variety of games. You could also try making friends with people in your squad - that's how I joined the platoons I'm in.

@ElliotLH I can't make friends in game. I can't even type in game. Nothing. Not a single word. I am completely 100% censored with no stated reason as to why or until when. Chatting with people in Origin works. Chat in BF 3 and BF 4 work.

BF 5 chat does not work. I can see what other people are writing. Still no fix.

@Andretti2014 Most likely the profanity filter doesn't like something in your gamer name. It's a bit overzealous sometimes and can filter innocent words. If you wanted to test then you could try changing name.

@ElliotLH What is the problem with Andretti2014? Surely if the profanity filter is this overzealous there should be a list somewhere with forbidden words.

Also, why does it let me use the voice commands? When I do that, my name appears in chat. It makes absolutely no sense.
