I played the beta testing first two days on PS5. And it was shockingly poor and horrendous!
I did though try and visit a friend who had it running on PC, where it was still poor but though markedly better in some performance aspects. So cannot say exactly way, but it was definitely different and average in better shape to play on PC versus the absolute disaster on the PS5.
I come to think about this might be the cause why some posters here actually claim they even 'enjoyed' the beta gameplay, though I personally would consider you need to be a masochist to have found any pleasure in that painful experience. But yes, the many shortcomings and catastrophic game experience was less so when testing it on PC versus new gen console.
From what I experienced on the console then it will take several months for the dev team to get that into just a reasonable playing state. And next to this, additional several months on top to fix the long list of severe bugs that we also found.
