@XxKrazymagicxX U wrote a lot wow, I understand Ryzen5 3600x isnt a good CPU at all, but I am betting at least a stable 60 FPS on extremely low quality, so yes this issue might related to CPU but there has to be something else about the game optimization, thank you for your essay!

    @SKinboy2 I needed to explain the issue because Ive seen dozens put misinformation in this thread now. Many people don't understand how PC hardware works. The fact that people see 10% GPU utilization, but 40+ FPS and dont stop and say "that isnt possible, I need to look deeper" tells me people really dont understand this issue.

    I did fall into the trap of just looking at the task manager, just did a few test with msi afterburner and that shows 20-30% gpu usage in regular conquest, map doesn't seem to matter at all, about 40-52% usage in portal, 95-99% usage while in menu.
