Unable to Connect to EA Servers - Error Code: 1:4688822970:-4685921B
Hello EA Support and EA Community, I am experiencing an ongoing issue with Battlefield 2042 where, after about 10 minutes of gameplay, I get the error message "Unable to connect to the EA servers" along with the error code "1:4688822970:-4685921B." I have tried all the common troubleshooting steps I could find, but the issue persists. Here are the steps I’ve already taken to try to resolve the problem: Verified and repaired the game files. Reinstalled Battlefield 2042 (both the game and the EA App). Uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, and updated EA Anti-Cheat. Reset my network adapter and router. Changed my DNS servers to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) and Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4). Reinstalled Windows and did a fresh install of Battlefield 2042 (I am using the latest version of Windows 11). I was briefly able to connect to "eaanticheat.ac.ea.com" after reinstalling, but the problem came back shortly after. Additionally, I’ve noticed that I cannot maintain a connection to "eaanticheat.ac.ea.com." After a short while, I receive the same error again, even though I haven't noticed any other network issues on my end. It seems like this might be related to the connection to the EA Anti-Cheat server, or possibly an issue with blocking access. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? I would greatly appreciate any further troubleshooting steps.
Unable to connect to the EA servers, Battlefield 2042
Can somebody help me I'm getting randomly disconnected after playing BF 2042 for 10 to 15 minutes, it saying thats is unable to connect to the EA servers, I verified my game files and I did everthing ea has suggested: Clear the systems cache Did the steps connection and advanced connection Guides Changed DNS settings Restarted my router ... And its still happening.
Bf2042 crash to desktop
For unkown reason bf2042 crashes to desktop. Did repair game files, did sfc /scannow. Did chkdsk /f /r Latest windows drivers and MB drivers installed. Latest gpu driver (already did ddu in safemode) Want to know if there is some hardware issue at my system, cause bf2042 is creating crashdumps (included in this post). Any dev/supporter could ya check those crashdumps and tell me what causes those crashes. Maybe some hardware is going to be broken , or some unknown system cfg that cause those issues. Some errors in dxdiag , didnt check / fix them (yet). Friendly reagrds Rokebo73 Cheers2042 not opening
I have been trying for two days to get 2042 to launch and am out of ideas. Keep getting “we’ve noticed your computer is offline. To activate game on computer using ea account you must be connected to internet” error message. Yes internet is working and my ea subscription is active, everything is updated, already deleted and re downloaded both appspacket loss and latency
hi everyone i wanted to see if it was just me having this issue, for the past 2 weeks since the latest update i have been lagging in both redsec and multiplater casual breakthrough and several others. i have check all updates for my computer, drivers, cleaned it and made sure my connection is good. i also put all my graphic to low even tho i run a rtx 4060 intel i9 processor and 16 gig of ddr5 ram. but yet my ping keeps spiking and i always no matter the game have the packet loss and latency symbols up. i absolutely love this game but if i cant play to its potential due to either their servers messed up or what ever the problem is ima have to quit. is anyone else with high end computers running into this issue. to add in i have played other shooting games like COD and several MMORPG's on this laptop on home wifi and hot spot and never had any lag issues in the games.

EAAntiCheatGameService being detected as a threat..... again.
Windows Defender detecting EAAntiCheatGameService creating a .tmp file that is considered a threat, again.... although it is being detected as winring0 now and not whatever it was before. I know this is now probably going to be fixed with an EA Anticheat update but still..... annoying.
Latest EA Anticheat is causing Blue Screens
EA Javelin Anticheat September 23rd Build is causing blue screen of death. I have tried every known workaround. Yes I enabled memory integrity, rolled back my graphics drivers, updated my bios/re-enabled secure boot, toggled all the overlays, repaired/verified all the installations, etc. Please post here if you are having the same issues or have yet another workaroundPlease Help: EA AntiCheat error ( 7 ) ( 2 )
I purchased Battlefield 2042 last night and spent a few hours updating drivers, mic settings, downloading, setting up key binds in game etc etc. played a few rounds before bed. today when I went to play the game I got an error. "EA AntiCheat Service encountered an error. Please restart the game.: C\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe ( 7 ) ( 2 )" I have of course tried the fix below that you guys keep copy pasting. Just like everyone else in here says, it does not work. "This happens when EA anticheat can't find the installation folder or can’t start the game. There are two ways to fix this. Relaunch the EA app (even if you got the game on Steam or the Epic Games Store) as an admin by right-clicking on it and choosing Run As Administrator. Then, relaunch the game from the EA app directly. Reinstall EA anticheat. https://help.ea.com/in/help/pc/ea-anticheat/ Thanks." I have fully uninstalled/reinstalled Battlefield 2042 and the EA app/launcher or whatever you call it. I have even spent a couple hours scouring the internet and trying anything I see people recommending. most importantly, the game did run for a few hours last night, and nothing has changed since then. I don't have any special software running or whatever this anti cheat is looking for. Please advise what the next course of action is.My battlefield loads and crashes please help
i loaded up battlefield for the first time and after a while this popped up so i closed it down and followed a youtube tutorial on how to reinstall javelin anti cheat so i did that then restarted my pc after that it still didnt work i tried multiple times and it didnt work. i also tried it on pvz gw2 and the same message would pop up any help is appreciated
