@KawaTimp_NL Thanks for the update, its good to hear your connecting again. Did they do anything additional with the network or just reset your local equipment? marking your solution for others to see. NO it still isn't fixed. My internet connection is perfect. Its your server that lags over and over again. Why do you always say its the computer or our internet connection? My wife has the same problem. I'm realy pissed off. i paid lots of money for your games and you keep saying its our connection. Look at all those people who have the same problem.

@KawaTimp_NL, I am sorry, you mention in your recent post that your ISP has reset your modem/router and that now everything is okay? Has the issue returned? No it wasnt fixed. They reset everything, but it still didnt work. They checked my connection and that was perfect. So i dont think its my connection because other games on a non EA server do work

May I ask what platform you're playing the game on? Is this PC? And if so, do you play it via Origin, the EA Desktop app, Steam or Epic? I play on PC, with Origin.
Titanfall 2 worked for a view hours yesterday, but now it doesnt.- frekwalda14 years agoSeasoned Ace@KawaTimp_NL I have not been able to play since Dec 3rd and everything on my end works with cross play on. Some people have been able to get on seems though servers only run at peak hours in some regions region and if not enough players are on the server does not boot up and start. MM is a broken system this is why we need to go back to persistent servers with a browser so we can set by region and ping.
Also people that do get on some of reported bots in the server but since this game has launch for me have never seen a bot in AOW servers when i was able to get on. - EA_Leeuw4 years ago

@KawaTimp_NL, so it seems like (because you mention to have connectivity issues with another game as well) it potentially could be your home network setup.
Because you mentioned that you've tried all or basic, advanced and platform specific troubleshooting steps, I would recommend to reach out to your ISP again for further support.

This is so easy.
Titanfall 2 worked for one day with the +communities_enabled 0 code.i'm not buying any EA game till you fixed your servers. Look at the amount of players in BF 2042...
- frekwalda14 years agoSeasoned Ace@KawaTimp_NL Reading over this sounds like your home network is not setup right, even if your provider reset the router could be your setup. Most of the time i find it is not the gaming servers, but the way home systems are setup to the server.
it worked for years... I played battlefield for 1 one hour yesterday with a little lag, and after that hour problems again. Server connection error.. How can this be my network setup? so suddenly it works (with lags) and it shuts down out of nowhere

@KawaTimp_NL, that is very unfortunate to hear indeed. I hope that you can figure it out with your ISP.
Thanks & good luck. @EA_Leeuwoke, they checked everything again. They let an expert checked my connection and traces. Nothing wrong with our connection. It realy are your servers.
How are we going te solve this? funny fact is, if we use my mobile 4G hotspot, it has the same problems.

Hey @KawaTimp_NL,
I am glad to hear that there were no issues found on your network by your ISP. However, as mentioned before, there were and are no reported issues with the servers. If our troubleshooting steps didn't help you, I'm afraid that the best thing you can do is to see if you can get in touch with a network technician.
Judging by what others mention in this thread, it indeed seems like there's something wrongly set up within your home network that might cause all the issues that you're experiencing, maybe not the ISP.
And yes, I am the Dutch/Belgium CM, as mentioned in one of my previous posts. 🙂 - @EA_Leeuw well, if its my home network, why does it not work on my mobile phone hotspot? Its the an other provider. And its on 2 different laptops. Whole internet is full of complains about the servers.
Als jullie mij toch niet willen helpen prima. ik zeg bij deze mijn EA play op. Ik ben er helemaal klaar mee. ook op een hotspot werken de spellen niet. Bij mijn vrouw doet titanfall 2 het nu wel en bij mij niet. het ligt gewoon aan jullie servers. Heel internet staat er vol mee. ik heb alles gedaan om de verbinding en alles er om heen te laten controleren en jullie trekken je handen er van af.
Andere EA spellen kopen heeft ook geen zin omdat het toch niet of slecht werkt. World war 3 gevonden en die werkt wel gewoon zonder lag of iets.- EA_Leeuw4 years ago

Hey @KawaTimp_NL,
As you might have noticed, this is the English AHQ forum, not the Dutch one. I have mentioned a couple of times previously that there's also a Dutch AHQ forum if you don't feel comfortable posting in your non-native language.
Regarding the issue that you're experiencing; as mentioned in the previous posts by other players and me, it sounds more like a local network, ISP or configuration issue then an issue with the game itself, because you also mention that it happens with other games.
It's unfortunate to hear that the provided troubleshooting steps didn't help either, but I am afraid that there's only so much we can do.
I will now lock this thread from potentially escalating further.
