@UP_Hawxxeye I was never big in vehicles in previous games, but wasn't the timer like this in previous releases?

If you lose lets say a helicopter and you wait out the timer that prevents you from getting a new one, you will see that the number of available helis/jets will go from 0/1 to 1/1 before going back to 0/1 because some other player who did not had the timer was able to get access to the vehicle between 15 and 2 seconds before you.
There are two visible timers. The first one is one that prevents you from spawning any vehicle at all because you spawned another one too recently and then there is the second timer which is category specific which is the one I am talking about
