I demanded a refund from EA last week. I was told no. I asked what the reason was that I could not get a refund. I got the * response. And I quote "I can't share that information with you". I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was denied. Totally crap game. Total garbage. I cant even express how BAD this game is. It's not even battlefield. Its a cheap knock off of fortnite or something. This game is dead. I want a damn refund for false advertisement. I literally have put about 2 hours into this game.. That's it.

You can make a refund request:

  • Within 24 hours after you first launch the game.
  • Within 14 days from the day you bought it, if you have not launched the game.
  • Within 14 days from the release date if you pre-ordered the game, if you haven't launched it yet.

Whichever comes first.

Clear Rules you accepted with buying the game.

Be nice, play fair and see you on the Battlefield

I also accepted the fact that the game was going to be "great". A broken, non-functioning game has been released instead. Its unplayable.

  • Thats good!! Atleast 1 person is liking the game. Wish it were me =[

  • @CountSero Lol well they should have been very clear on the game they were releasing when making customers agree to these rules.

Nobody has forced you to buy the game it was your choice.

Also, if you have expected something else or have seen things in trailers than that’s your perception.
