@PclerkIf you want to report players for foul play then the guide below will tell you how: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/

Since you play on PS4 you may also wish to check the information on the PSN site for blocking players.

Though I fully acknowledge @Pclerk 's trouble with griefers in the game, then naming and shaming here on the forum is unfortunately not allowed, so we cannot really dive into that specific individual that you name here...

With regards to Sony PSN, then it is very clear what they consider their area of responsibility.  And they take it hyper serious.  So it is always a delight to work with Sony's SIE team to eradicate players that are not conforming to the clear TOS and code of conduct for the online world of PSN.   So anything related to message exchange etc with other players is swiftly dealt with and it typically transacted upon in less than just a few minutes if proper evidence of foul play is provided.  The integrated reporting tool is actually very helpful to that, so its just a few button clicks to complete the entire process.

Now with regards to griefers/cheats inside the EA game, then that is not something Sony SIE are getting involved in!

That is clearly the responsibility of the relevant game providers, so here being EA.  The reporting process and line therefore starts with the player contacting EA if its inside an EA game certain TOS breach of that game environment has happened. If EA representatives are of a different opinion, then I would enjoy to get that formally presented, as Sony is not of that opinion based on the legal contracted terms between the parties.
