You have 2 easy solutions for training:

- When i want to study a weapon, compare the attachments or look at damages at different ranges, i use PORTAL with a very nice code to go on a "Test firing range" created my a member of the comunity. This allow to shoot non moving enemies and will help to learn about the scope at different distances.

Go into Portal, and select "create experience with a code"  (My game isn't in English soo i make a traduction, the name could be different).

Use code:  AANJ7Z

You'll be with infinite ammos, and static and non firing boots. Move around to test different ranges of fire, and look just over your mini map there is a special HUD element giving  you the exact values of damages you do.

- When i have done my selection of attachments, or if i want to unlock some of them. I just go play a round of breakthrough against boots. Notice that you can choice the map before launching, soo select a map where your game is gonna shine.
