Re: Xbox controller not working

I tried everything you suggested and still does not work. I also uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled. Still, the Xbox controllers do not work. I have tried the Xbox one controller and I also tried the Xbox series s/x controller, both with updated firmware and plugged in and Bluetooth connection. I've had the game for two months now and have not even played it once because of this issue. I was thinking of buying the new Star Wars game but I'll hold off until you guys can fix this small issue of controller input on your library of games.

    @thakinginaz Do you have all of the Xbox apps installed on your PC as well? I use an Xbox Elite when I play, but I haven't seen any issues like this to try to reproduce.

    I've installed everything Xbox I could that way it updated the controller settings. The Xbox App and Xbox Game Bar App from the MS Store.

    Yeah, I have the Xbox app, Xbox Accessories, Xbox Console Companion, Xbox Game Bar, and Xbox Insider Hub. I keep them updated every time I use my PC and I also updated the controller firmware on three different Xbox controllers. Still no luck. Most games in the EA app work fine with controller but a few don't. Like Battlefield 2042, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered, and Dead Space Remake do not work with a controller. Ubisoft had a similar issue but the community had workarounds to edit config files. Ubisoft finally fixed the problem though. I've been waiting patiently for two months since I could not find a similar workaround and EA or the developers hasn't fixed it yet.

    @thakinginaz Which controller do you have? Is it hooked up through USB or Bluetooth? I use an Xbox Elite one with USB but it also has a Bluetooth dongle specifically for my PC games.

    Have you done any type of registry pr PC temp clean up or created a new Amin account and tested it?
