ps3 completed game, save file has reset to 0% complete and invetory has gone to but savefile is still intact

yes im having the same problem but my save file has ever thing intact but was reset to 0% and it all so wont let me get all the achievements even though iv collected all the artifates and is stuck in a last save point and cant play in coop
