@Thomazinho15 I had the same problem. I dont know if a hard game reset is able to fix it and i am also on pc, but if you have a keyboard plug it in, hit activate the keycard, and go back to controller. I did the inverse on PC (plug in controller, hit A/X on activate keycard) and it just worked for me. Good luck to you if that doesnt work man, but id try using a different input source if you can.
