Do you mean that you cannot get battlefield 2042 to recognize them?
If I recall you first configure them in razer synapse then and then via the BF menus

    Hi, thank you for the response. 

    I do have the Snapse program.Which i always have running in the background. But, i don't see any options where i can customize the side buttons for BF 2042?

    I already have my side buttons programed to something else when surfing the web etc, in a different profile. But, for BF, i just can't seem to change anything?

    You should be able to customize the side mouse buttons to anything you want in razor synapse. Mouse button forward, mouse button backward, W key, shift key, anything.
