@SharpGoblin it's fine this way. Because he has to have any weakness. Otherwise he is impossible to kill anyway.
If you get killed that way while you play dozer, then "crouch" if someone starts to shoot at your feet. That's how you're supposed to protect yourself. 😉
And btw, currently Dozer is broken anyway. For the ones who don't play him, because the range of his shield is just crazy.

Wasn't the update this week supposed to nerf that range? It went from a ridiculous 2.15m to a still crazy 1.85m. But I guess that's just not enough? With the buff they implemented earlier this season they also increased Dozer's movement speed which wasn't necessary. Dozer was fine the way he was prior to that buff. Only improvement they should have done was the ability to put his shield up while on a zipline.
Other than that I agree his feet should stay exposed while standing/walking. If you get shot at, crouch!

Thanks for the hint. As I T1ed him allready now I concentrate on other things and probably wont Doze around anymore. Although it was quite fun to see people hop around like bunnies and run away from me so I could just switch to pistol and gun them in the buttocks.
If you are charging do a knee slide to close the gap.
Tbh dozers range doesn't seem too bad, 99% of the kills I get are point blank slaps to the face, if I'm not right in someone's face I tend to just get hit markers.
He can easily get shot from 3 sides if in the open, he is very situational and only useful for pushing to an objective or clearing out campers.
Overall I think he's fine, has plenty of counters is very vulnerable in open terrain but excells at cq camper hunting and helping your team move onto an objective.
Oh he's very vulnerable from above too.
To op, everyone shoots dozers feet, gotta take the bad times with the good, those moments when you get rid of a load of campers or help your team push onto an objective make up for the bad.
