Primary weapon:
I would go with either a Assault Rifle, LMG or Marksman Rifle! As they all kinda cover the same (most common) middle to longer ranges but also work on short range fights depending on your attachments, ammo type ect. (and for Marksman rifles how fast you can press the trigger)
But in the end there is no good/bad gun for Hazard Zone specifically. There is better and worse guns in general, but it all comes to your play style and what you like.
Just fill out all the attachment slots for your gun to cover different situations and distances and you're all set.
I would still recommend to get used to one gun you keep using (once you found one that fits you) optimize your gameplay with it and find perfect attachments.

Secondary weapon:
I would still recommend using the G57, set it on burst mode and just use it by hip fire (but ADS if you want). Still best pistol in the game.
Gadgets:
Whatever you want and your class allows.
Grenades:
I would recommend ALWAYS use smoke!
Good to get away in bad situations and also to cover yourself while reviving a teammate or calling in a redeploy.
