Hey @mommapanda2014 Just to clarify, do you have two separate EA accounts, or are multiple platform accounts linked to the same EA account, preventing you from playing simultaneously? Just in case, please reset your password and check your linked accounts on your profile page. Our support team may need to check that account to see what's causing the problem and if that won't work.

    I have my own account and my boyfriend has his own account, mine works just fine but his does not. They are two different accounts, I have never had any issues with connecting my account.
