Hi there,
I had the same issue but i was able to solve it by just spam clicking my way through. After that I could load my save like normal and when i relaunched the game the message was gone and it started without any problems.

Is anything else happening? happenerd after a failed shutdown which crashed the PC, when loading it treats as if loading the first time with the audio navigation option playing again.
