Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

I was playing my Sims 4 game and I had to exit the game and then when I went to return to it, it wouldn't open. I opened up the EA app and saw notifications that my Sims 4 game and all of my expansion packs were gone. It was listed with the caption "this content has been removed for an unlisted reason". It only redirects me to EA Help and every time I try to get into a live chat, it doesn't work. I tried redownloading the base game and it worked; however, it keeps saying that it is unavailable. I'm really hoping I didn't just lose all my content because I've paid a lot of money for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
