Ip ban on syria
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to urgently request the removal of the sanctions imposed on Syria. As you are aware, these sanctions have been officially lifted, and I kindly ask for your swift support in ensuring my account is no longer restricted. Please follow the latest news from the United States regarding the full removal of sanctions on Syria. Many companies have already lifted these restrictions, and many games. We hope that you will do the same as soon as possible so that we can play FC 27 with everyone, and secure our rights just like others do and thanks for your help .EA Website and App
The EA website and app are horrendous to navigate. It looks like it was made to be pretty rather than functional. I will solely use Steam and continue to use Steam over any platform until platforms like EA raise their standards to par. Even if I were potentially interested in any EA exclusive content, I wouldn't bother spending my dosh here and would forego playing EA exclusive games all together.
Cannot download CFB/Madden 27 Trial with EA Play
When I press download, this pops up. For some reason, after I click "close" it still allows me to go to the next prompt and choose download options. I just click next. Its stuck on installing with no percentage. After some time after the installing, this pops up. Could somebody help me with this issue and how to resolve it?
The Witcher 3 Free Update
I bought The Witcher 3 back in 2015 when EA app was still Origin. Now CDPR is releasing a free update of the game which will include all DLC's and the remastered version. I saw no information regarding users that bought the game in Origin/EA app. Will I be able to get the free update or not?
EA App Crashes and Freeze When Changing Game Installation Directory
The EA App consistently freezes and crashes whenever I attempt to install a game and change its default installation directory. As soon as the directory selection window pops up, the UI becomes unresponsive. Clicking anywhere on the panel immediately triggers a "Not Responding" state, causing the EA App to crash. already try to uninstall and re-install, still doesn`t works.EA APP WILL LITERALLY NOT WORK
Here we go, So I'm trying to play the sims offline as my current internet connectivity is incredibly spotty, let's go through how ''truly easy'' the app makes it for PAYING CUSTOMERS to use their platform: You have to log in to the EA App while you are connected to the internet - how is there in 2026 NOT an option to access your App offline??????????? So, I manage to FINALLY gain access to my app while online, then I go to settings to switch it to offline mode, great now the app is offline. I click on the sims to start playing - I get an error code stating that I haven't logged on in a while and I need to restart the app, log in again, so EA can verify my credentials, baring in mind I was already logged in (as you HAVE to be to access offline mode?!?!) Fine, I close the app, log in again, go to offline mode, click the the sims to play and as a surprise to nobody that uses the EA app, the same error message pops up - I've tried this now 15 times: receive the error message, close the app, restart the app online, log in succesfully, go offline, click to play my game.... and the cycle restarts (super fun groundhog day i'm having) I'm sorry but this is an absolute farce, the amount of money I've spend on buying the sims and all of it's expansions, game packs, stuff packs, (freaking KIT PACKS) since the sims 1 - and I cannot access the product which I own in a manner that works for me??????????????? And finally to EA DIRECTLY - if Origin possessed the function to access your games offline back in 2010, How is it possible that EA does not have this functionality in 2026?! How is it possible that EA has the WORST APP regarding electronic games in the entirety of technological history?! How is it possible that your app continues to throw errors at customers time and time again, with no improvement from your side?Order history not showing up
So, I'm part of a certain class action lawsuit. I need to access my order history to provide proof of purchases. But when I go to look up my order history, I can see my orders from the last year, but nothing beyond that. The "customer support" chat has so far only succeeded in asking me what game I'm playing and linking me to the same order history page that isn't working. I just find that very convenient.
CPU still needed, still get a hard drive?
Hello everyone, I bought a computer and I was excited to download sims 4 because my other computer seemed to never have any available storage to play despite having absolutely nothing on it. I can easily download sims on this computer, but it gives me a "you are running the 64 bit" and telling me to change it to 32 bit or my game will be unstable. I also found out that the 32 bit was removed. I looked at the requirements for the sims on their page and clicked the link to scan my computer to see if I met the requirements, and I failed for CPU. 3.3 GHz Intel Core i3-3220 (2 cores, 4 threads), AMD Ryzen 3 1200 3.1 GHz (4 cores) or better You have: AMD Athlon Silver 7120U with Radeon Graphic Should I still buy an external hard drive for CC and Mods (THAT ARE ALLOWED BY EA), or would it not work still because of my CPU?
I can't download any games in EA app
hi everyone, I wanted to download the sims 4 on EA app, but it says 'Not currently playable'. 'Unavailable'.'this item can't be purchased or played a this time'. I have no idea what to do, I tried closing the app and reopen it, or log out my account and sign in again, but nothing has changed.
