I Have a Serious Q-RE: age verification
Serious Question for the EA cor-prates. EA APP WILL LITERALLY NOT WORK
Here we go, So I'm trying to play the sims offline as my current internet connectivity is incredibly spotty, let's go through how ''truly easy'' the app makes it for PAYING CUSTOMERS to use their platform: You have to log in to the EA App while you are connected to the internet - how is there in 2026 NOT an option to access your App offline??????????? So, I manage to FINALLY gain access to my app while online, then I go to settings to switch it to offline mode, great now the app is offline. I click on the sims to start playing - I get an error code stating that I haven't logged on in a while and I need to restart the app, log in again, so EA can verify my credentials, baring in mind I was already logged in (as you HAVE to be to access offline mode?!?!) Fine, I close the app, log in again, go to offline mode, click the the sims to play and as a surprise to nobody that uses the EA app, the same error message pops up - I've tried this now 15 times: receive the error message, close the app, restart the app online, log in succesfully, go offline, click to play my game.... and the cycle restarts (super fun groundhog day i'm having) I'm sorry but this is an absolute farce, the amount of money I've spend on buying the sims and all of it's expansions, game packs, stuff packs, (freaking KIT PACKS) since the sims 1 - and I cannot access the product which I own in a manner that works for me??????????????? And finally to EA DIRECTLY - if Origin possessed the function to access your games offline back in 2010, How is it possible that EA does not have this functionality in 2026?! How is it possible that EA has the WORST APP regarding electronic games in the entirety of technological history?! How is it possible that your app continues to throw errors at customers time and time again, with no improvement from your side?

I found similar name searching in ea app. He trying use Wigarovsky and got a message of using prohibited words. at the same time i found in ea app Wigar, Wigarista , Wigarend an etc. Can you help undestand what wrong? EA App vs Steam Big Picture
When I launch EA Sports FC 26 from Steam, the EA App takes over and often fails to launch for some reason. I switch back to Steam and try again then EA Sports FC loads in the background and I have to minimize Steam to then select the app, or worse, the app takes visual focus but not input so my controller inputs are being sent to steam still - which generally results in me shutting down the machine accidentally. Please tell me there's a better way to do things with this app. I've read that having it load on start-up can help but then it loads its UI and doesn't allow to be minimised on launch. It's a horrible experience.
EA app wont stay offline
I need you to start looking into this **bleep** that is the fact that this app wont stay offline no matter how many times ive tried! Ive followed everythging ppl are saying to do including the ea forum answers but nothing works! My game updates automatically even if ive pressed on the thingy that says not to! Im losing my **bleep** mind !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CM edit: As per the forum guidelines: No-Go’s > Abusing Formatting: Excessive ALL CAPS, extra-large fonts, spamming repeated symbols, etc, can be disruptive and make things hard to read. Plus, NOBODY LIKES BEING YELLED AT!!?!?@*&!!!
Can’t add phone number to my EA account – “Something went wrong” error
When I try to add a phone number to my EA account, I get the following error message: Something went wrong. Try again later. I’ve already contacted EA support, but they couldn’t fix the issue. I’ve tried adding different phone numbers – none of them work. On my other EA account, adding a phone number works without any problems. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?
Would I get help build of my essay to allow me to get a full refund?
I feel lack of substance to get what I need to say in volume to be listened to. I want to break the barrier of time limited refunds to get what I can back into my control. I don't want to make avalanche, but I understand it would be very beneficial to lessen the power of digital and outdate consumer practices of not allowing our money back in full with no time limit. I don't know how to explain that, I don't want to be whining, because I know there's better ways to get across the need to take back the used money. A new foundation could there be system of a net to pay us back if you imagining like my be some kind of chord to be within the gap that prevents us having a full refund no matter the time, because there's be always a back up flow of money to allow the provider of an certain purchase to pay back when the consumer had enough and want to do financial reorganizing. I don't how that would works, but that's why I'm here asking for help on this with how I should say it. I will now share what I have tried to share so far: May I get a full refund? Life may not be doomed for Sims 4, regardless my meritable joy for the game. Not in haste, but if there's any possible way that Sims 4 gets erase in either way I don't want to be dinged. From my understanding from playing Kairosoft's Dream House Days. I do not want my money to sink with the ship. I could use the money used on Sims 4 back to me. +(I want to include this in blue to put my thoughts I feel should be added, without losing integrity. I don't not sure how to make this stronger, but feels important to me, like adding dimension somehow. things I don't want to hide or lose my underlining core that might be worth adding but not strong enough on it's own nor be left at the end. I think what I lack of know to say is how music works, so many different approaches. That I didn't realize were important, but catching on it so far since watching music studies I watch specifically on Encantos Bruno song and Jax dream song that voiced the core of TADC more linear than random like the theories that ignore the music for the it's just a show philosophy kind of thing) Digital consuming is getting more common for being one way, but it should supported to get full refunds no matter how long the purchase was made. Especially for retiring players of one reason or another, but not diminished for anything else at this point. Isn't that encouraging digital service control in the first place? To let digital transistion be on sided? I enjoyed playing, but I am 28 now and played this since I was 19. I enjoyed roughly maybe 7 years worth of playing as not a consistent player, but like my character growth needs to be on other things. + (Where else to Reddit should I send this post? I dislike being wrong and it gets taken down for the mistake before I could ever adjust myself. I feel like this is worth doing, but I don't have my own core to make this work on our own, but what's the point of group projects if it's not as useful? I'm just making a point with how I do remember when I was in school that this should be still valid regardless of age. btw, excuse me: I've tagged in everything to get seen the most)
Twitch rewards
Yesterday I watched the live stream on Twitch for about an hour and a half to get the rewards from the packs, but when I go to collect them, this appears and it doesn't go into the game. Its in Portuguese I can click on the button that says " resgatar agora" doesn't work at all. (CM: Thread moved from PT to EN. I recieved a visa gift card over the holidays and am unsure of whether or not it can be used to purchase content from the EA app (specifically sims 4 add-ons). If anyone knows if/how it can be done, help would be very much appreciated. For additional context, I do not know the name and/or address it was purchased under.
EA App goes offline during payment when buying Sims 4 Kits
Hi, when I try to purchase new Kits (or anything) for The Sims 4 in the EA app, the app switches to offline mode during the payment process. First, I get a screen saying that the app can’t connect to EA servers, then it immediately says the app is offline and sends me back to the home screen. Because of this, I can’t complete the purchase and the items stay in my cart. I’ve already tried restarting the app, clearing the cache (App Recovery), logging out and back in, and even using a different Wi-Fi network and mobile data. Nothing helped. I also couldn’t find anyone else with the same issue. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it?
