Hi there, @mobstazed 

Are you sure you're resetting the password for the right account? It looks like the one you're posting with hasn't played any of our games. So, if that's the account the password is being reset for, it won't reflect on the account you play on.

  • I too am having this problem, I’ve changed my password and it still won’t let me connect. Says my EA account has expired and to change the password… yet doesn’t work when I do.

  • Having same problem.  Clicked on the link you provided and nothing. This is the most difficult and frustrating way to get some help. I would have thought ea would be better
