Please describe I cannot sign-in to the EA App, thus i cannot launch any game

Summarize your bug I cannot sign-in to the EA App, thus i cannot launch any game. When i try to sign in i get error code EC:10005, about server and network.
How often does the bug occur? Often(50% - 75%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try logging in to the AE app.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot sign-in to the EA App.
What do you expect to see? sign-in without any issues, so that i can be able to play.

I cannot sign-in to the EA App, thus i cannot launch any game. When i try to sign in i get error code EC:10005, about server and network although my connection to Wifi is perfect .

    @Mehstery I've got that same problem today after an internet shutdown in my area. Also a Windows 10 update did occur yesterday. Wonder if that the problem.

    The problem appears to be widespread, so I don't think it's related to a Windows update or the internet outage in your area. But so far no word from EA about it, unfortunately.

    mine worked last night after installing, but today.. nope same issue
