I am so fed up with EA's worthless customer service, I just bought the first COD game I saw on the Steam. Ive never played a COD game before but EA made me experience it now. Even if EA fix that issue on the launcher, I will never play any of EA games again. I played like 500 hours of BFV and 100 hours of BF1 on my old PC and I cant play them on my new PC. In addition, I bought EA Racing pack which includes Unbound, heat etc. like a month ago and neither can I play any of them on my new PC. I will ask for a refund. I hope microsoft or sony buys EA and you can directly contact a real customer support instead of forums in future.
