@arieannax Thank you. When you download the exe file and you try to install it what specifically happens? Can you walk us through the process of the app not installing for you?
First it wasn't downloading at all it would just be stuck on the downloading stuff screen and just now finally it made progress but after like 2 hours. I clicked Lets go and now i'm waiting for it to download my stuff now but I am still waiting and stuck on the downloading stuff screen. I looked in my task manager and it's as if the app isn't doing anything at all (CPU at 0% and memory at 90.8% for the EA app installer)
The app finally reinstalled but now it's not even doing anything. It's just a dark blue blank screen.

Blank screens are typically either cache-related or GPU related in some way. I would start with these
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Run the System File Checker tool
- Check for Windows and GPU updates Update all essential and optional drivers
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Download and update DirectX
