Re: EA App INST Errors When Installing

I cannot even download the EA app and the Origin app is no longer working, so I have lost access to all my SIMS games. 

I have written to EA customer service, but the response has nothing to do with the issue. 

I tried several options described in some forums, but nothing is working. 

This is super frustrating.

    Good luck. I have tried to chat and email and begin cases since last week to no avail. They told me to run a fix on Origin well thanks BUD, y'all took Origin away!!

    samee its so annoying i hope they either bring the origin app back or solve the issue
