Kick Off Mode problems.

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PC

Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go and edit tactics in Kick Off mode (must be 2 players).
What happens when the bug occurs? So, we have 2 gamers that want to play Kick Off mode matches. If Player 1 wants to edit his/her tactics (a new tactic or one introduced by code), he/she can't do that right away. Instead, Player 1 has to wait for Player 2 to press the Edit button also! And then they can go on and edit their tactics.
What should be happening instead? If Player 1 press the Edit button to edit his/her tactics, he/she should be able to do that immediately, regardless of what player 2 does at the same moment.

What happens when the bug occurs?
We have 2 gamers that want to play Kick Off mode matches.
If Player 1 wants to edit his/her tactics (a new tactic or one introduced by code), he/she can't do that right away.
Instead, Player 1 has to wait for Player 2 to press the Edit button also! And then they can go on and edit their tactics.

What should be happening instead?
If Player 1 press the Edit button to edit his/her tactics, he/she should be able to do that immediately, regardless of what player 2 does at the same moment.

Also, the Player1/2 edit names/profiles is still a problem, as they can't do that, and the data will reset when you close the game.

    It's baffling how can EA screw a working feature, but in retrospect EA hasn't given much thought to players in the Kick Off mode, all their focus is on UT since that's the cash cow they're milking every year.

    Kick off mode in EA FC 24 was working OK, player one could swap players in the team while player 2 would manage tactics at the same time, each on their separate squads, on the same screen.

    In EA 25 that's impossible since if player 1 wants to edit tactics he has to wait for player 2 to also edit tactics. Why?

    Other kick off mode issues

    - During the game the quick menu on the bottom right of the screen changes sides after the 1st half. Why? it's very confusing, should we also exchange seats on the couch to make it easier for the EA devs?
    - During the game on a corner, the 2 players can't both use the quick menu on the bottom right side of the screen (dpad menu). If player 1 is trying to set up a corner tactic he isn't able to do so if player 2 is also trying to use the dpad menu.
    - Not having the option to save profiles in Kick off - laughable, this was working perfectly in the previous release of the game but it's been removed in ea fc 25

    Not being able to save tactics to existing profiles is a feature that has been missing for years and ea devs ignored time and time again. Well with ea fc 25 this is even worse. Since both players need to take turns adding tactic codes it takes several minutes before even getting a chance to edit those tactics....where you also need to wait for each other to go to that screen.

    I guess EA doesn't really care about the couch players, just the UT cash cow.

    Same issue - this is happening across all the users I know - the "Connect online" in the Kick off mode does not work by any means and it's so frustrating!

    there's no mention of kick off bugs on the trello board for EA FC 25 so I guess it will be months until this will even get looked at, so sad

    Another thing I've noticed is that when playing with 2 players locally, we can't see our previous matches anymore. My brother and I used the previous matches to keep track of what teams we've played and who's won what games in the Best of 5 game mode.
