Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue on after the latest update. Since updating today, the game has become unstable with the following behavior: - During matches, the gameplay freezes for 1–2 seconds - After the freeze, the game resumes in a fast/slow motion effect (speed-up to catch up) - This cycle repeats multiple times during a match - Eventually, the game crashes or disconnects with *Error Code 95 related to * Important details: - This issue started immediately after the latest update (it was working fine before) - It happens on both WiFi and mobile hotspot connections - My connection is stable and does not have this issue in other games - No VPN or DNS tools are being used - Background applications and overlays have been disabled - I have already tried reinstalling anti-cheat and verifying game files This issue makes the game unplayable online and appears to be related to the recent update or anti-cheat system. Today, I'm regularly kicked out of the game while playing matches like Rivals, and I get the Javelin 95 error. I've attached a DXdiag; I don't have any software that could be causing the conflict. Hi, So this is very strange. I got a 2 week suspension for cheating even though I didn't cheat whatsoever. I don't understand why my account was flagged but I tried appealing and it got denied but it's obvious it's a automatic email and it wasn't actually reviewed. Why is it that it says permanent when it's 2 weeks suspension? Is this a visual error? If so, do I just wait it out and then I can login or is it actually permanent and I need to appeal again? It was permanent on the penalty history but when I appeal the colour went red instead of orange. It is very strange. I'm getting sick of this happening to me. There is a very simple fix, either fix the issue and listen to the abundance of feedback or introduce a 'report player/cheater' option. Why do we only have the option to report an offensive name!? I'm a 30 year fifa veteran who has been playing since 1998. I have recorded numerous videos of these cheating opponents quitting and the win not registering, please do something about this. Hello EA Team, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue in FIFA 26 Seasons mode. Despite winning multiple matches — sometimes after the opponent quits, sometimes after playing the full 90 minutes — the victories are not being recorded in my season progress. So far, this has happened to me at least 10 times. Each time, I took a screenshot showing the match result (score, stats, and opponent’s quit message if applicable). However, none of these wins are reflected as victories in my season record. This problem makes progression impossible and ruins the competitive experience, as the game doesn’t acknowledge deserved wins. Could you please investigate this issue? FC 26 has had this issue since release, and I have been playing Seasons on PC from the very beginning. It used to happen occasionally (maybe once every 5–10 matches), so it wasn’t a huge problem before. However, recently almost every opponent does this. Especially when they realize they are about to lose, they wait for an in-game animation (corner kick, yellow/red card, goal celebration, penalty, etc.) and then force quit the game using ALT+F4 or by turning off their console. This causes the match to not count, and I am honestly very tired of this situation. Because of the 75 MB upload limit, I could only attach one video, but I have 4–5 more similar recordings on my computer. Since this has been happening so frequently lately, I have even started recording all my matches. I have lost at least 30 matches due to this issue. This is extremely frustrating, and I strongly ask for a proper fix as soon as possible. I paid $70 for this game when it was released. Are we really forced to play FUT instead? Hi, I’m having ongoing issues with Ultimate Team on PS5 in EA Sports FC 26. Main problems: Ultimate Team menus frequently freeze (e.g. “Updating Store”, “Checking Squads”) Green loading icon spins indefinitely Sometimes get kicked out of Ultimate Team with connection errors Important details: Gameplay is completely fine (around 8 ms ping, no lag in matches) Companion App and Web App work perfectly with no issues Problem only affects FUT menus on console Internet speed is very high (800+ Mbps) NAT Type 2 Key observation: When I connect my PS5 to a mobile hotspot, Ultimate Team loads instantly and works perfectly When I switch back to my home broadband (Sky), the issue returns What I’ve already tried: Reinstalling the game Rebuilding PS5 database Restarting router (including long power-off) Changing DNS settings Testing MTU Using both Ethernet and Wi-Fi Logging out/in of EA account Clearing saved data Conclusion: This appears to be a routing issue between Sky Broadband and EA servers affecting FUT content (menus/store), while gameplay servers work normally.
