Club mode not saving
When i logged in one day it randomly started saying " we've reset your club name to a generic name because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement.We have positive play guidelines to help maje sure our games are an enjoyable experience for all players (htpphs://www.ea/positiveplay). We'll take you to the Edit Club page to confirm the change". When I go to change it and hit done , it says " Failed to save Club Settings". The pop up with the quoted phrase repeatedly pops up and makes every other Clubs mode function unplayable as your in a repeated process of name change and failed to save Club settings. Over the past few weeks I’ve collected a lot of evolutions, from objectives etc and they’ve all gone into the rewards tab like normal. But today randomly, there is only the first 6 evo’s showing in my rewards tab. There is at least 8 missing and I don’t want them to run out because I’ve spent a lot of time getting them. The ones disappearing include ones from the season pass and then the recent 4ps+ ones too. When I click onto the rewards tab, there is a scroll bar going down the side and it’s only a quarter of the way down, I go to the bottom evo I have and can continue scrolling but it just says ‘there are no available evolutions. These evolutions are however showing up on the companion app, but I’m not very good at using that so I need to see what I’m doing on the console before applying them. I can’t access all my evos in the rewards section on console. I can still see them on the webapp and the mobile app. However, it doesn’t let you search players on the apps so I’m stuck. So ever since i completed the europe objective and claimed all the evos from it, they dont appear in the rewards section along with the GH 4th playstyles, i can only scroll down around halfway before it says "There are no avaliable evolutions" as the picture attached shows. Therefore, the game should provide a stable and polished experience without critical bugs like these. El juego no guarda los cambios de tácticas, en algunos casos, el juego directamente se cierra. El juego se cierra al intentar cambiar el rol de los jugadores y al intentar guardar la táctica luego de cambiar la posición de la defensa. Este error afecta a todos mis conocidos y miembros del club, por lo que no es algo aislado a mi sistema. Ya llevamos 2 parches y aun no se ha solucionado Adjunto video donde se puede observar que al cambiar la formación, esta no se guarda. The vsa being very unfair. Im a vsa player who has achieved 50 stars before. But after this season reset the positioning of the defenders have become very unfair. My staring position is with one attacker on the whole screen and 3-5 defenders in front of me. How the hell does this game expect me to dribble past these players alone and without passing. Meanwhile my opponents are scoring 13-15 goals very easily. This is not my skill issue but the position that I’m getting feels very rigged. I have just recently bought the game from the ea app first whenever i was trying to connect to server it was crashing now i wasted my 2 days trying to troubleshoot completely reinstalled the game and it was just your server issue because after connecting to a vpn it worked perfectly fine after that came an update and since then i have not been able to open the game whenever i run the game it crashes on the compiling shaders screen what am i supposed to do????14Views0likes2CommentsTitle: Cannot connect to Ultimate Team (PS5) - No Ban, Wired Connection

Hola, equipo de soporte de EA SPORTS FC Mobile. Me comunico nuevamente porque aún no he recibido una solución a la suspensión de mi cuenta. Han pasado 4 días desde que perdí el acceso al juego y sigo sin entender el motivo de esta sanción. Quiero expresar que esta situación me parece muy injusta, ya que nunca he utilizado programas externos, hacks, aplicaciones de terceros ni ningún método que infrinja las reglas del juego. Siempre he jugado de manera limpia y respetando los Términos de Servicio. He invertido mucho tiempo y también dinero real en mi cuenta porque disfruto mucho de FC Mobile. Por eso me duele ver que fui suspendido sin haber hecho nada indebido y sin recibir una explicación clara sobre la razón del baneo. Les pido, por favor, que revisen mi caso nuevamente de forma manual. Si realmente consideran que cometí alguna infracción, agradecería que me indicaran exactamente cuál fue. Pero si esta suspensión fue un error, les solicito amablemente que retiren el baneo y me permitan recuperar el acceso a mi cuenta. Solo quiero volver a jugar y seguir disfrutando de un juego al que le he dedicado tiempo, esfuerzo y apoyo.
