Manager Career Mode Transfer Bug

Career ModeWhich part of the mode? Manager CareerHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Keep making transfers in career mode. What happens when the bug occurs? The screen freezes making the game unplayable. I have to quit the game every time and relaunch it. There’s also an issue on the negotiation screen with the L3 stick lagging. I know it’s not my controller as I went back into 24 and it works fine on the negotiation screens. What should be happening instead? The negotiation menu shouldn’t lag and when a negotiation is complete it should go back to the menu or the cutscene. ‌N/A

The lag in negotiations is annoying. I wanted to give a 57 rated player 2000 but lag in button pressing caused it to be 12000. Now I can't buy anyone else. It's never lagged before so it's a new issue this year.
