Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Begin any FUT rivals match and within 30 seconds the gray box will poop up and you will lose control of all players for about 5 seconds. Then the box disappears and it all starts again within about 30 seconds. I literally cannot play.

What should be happening instead? I shouldn't see the gray box and should be able to control my players!
