Bugged pro in clubs always white/bold

I have a bugged player in clubs and i can´t change it anymore.
I already deletet my Pro-Online file, but when i go back to clubs its says "we importet you avatar" and i have the same bug again.
As you can see I have a "mexican" guy activated. He cants the brown skin all over the body, but the head stays bold and white.
I can change hair style and colour, he stays bold and white.

I don´t know what to do anymore
