Okay, so i took a look more into this. 

On your console, (not in-game) change the settings: Go into your Xbox settings and ensure that you allow YCC 4:2:2” Or the equivalent of PS if you are on that console.

nothing changed, my players look dumb moving in the field, horrible first touchs, they need some seconds to start sprinting, i do the perfect tackles and the ball always remains in the possession of my opponents, my players with agility are looking like bronze cards cant turn arround, I try to shoot at the first touch but they can't. all that things

Im having the same issue, and i did what you recommended but nothing changed, still greyed out unable to switch to performance mode (have a 240hz monitor on series s @ 120hz 1440p)

so i have a 240hz monitor too, i put all settings on xbox off, only let the one that  he said enabled, and the allow 50hz, and on the monitor everything off like the game mode , and the gameplay got a bit better, but the game looks like freezing sometimes, and not registering some inputs sometimes

I use xbox series s and I have the same problem. I cannot change graphics settings. My players make additional moves after each reception before they start listening to my commands. I can't play like that. Today my friend brought his PS5 console and let me play it, I felt like I was playing a completely different game, the players did exactly what I told them, the game was smoother and more enjoyable. Is the Xbox entry a demo version or what? when will this be fixed? I'm fed up with being treated this way, what can I do to get my money back for an incomplete game?

Hello, EA is this some kind of joke? so much time has passed and the game is still not playable on xbox series s, are you going to do something about it or not? Another week passes and I still don't enjoy the game.

Did you solve the problem? I can't play since 2 weeks ago because of this. I have ATT FIbber and doesn't help at all. Let me know if you found a solution mate.
