cant access sbc storage

Good morning.

I've nearly had this game for 3 weeks now as I pre ordered. Since then it has been hit or miss as to if I could access my sbc duplicate storage when trying to complete a sbc. Currently I cannot get into my sbc storage at all. Despite having players in there when going over to the tab it displays "No items available" & at the same time to the left of the goal displays 100/100 (see attached image).

This also relates to my case #190139296 which is logged as fixed. Tge only way I manged to do the Thuram sbc was to use items from the club & on the rare occasion that i was able to enter sbc storage, I found (non EA youtube) help on how to do this as it is mis-worded. This is not a fix, I with help from others found a way around. Plus it is not the only bug or issue I've found within the UT mode of this game.

Please fix this major bug in the game or provide me with a refund. I need to access my sbc storage easily & consistently. Too much time is being spent trying to access something that should work. And that is what i've paid for.
