How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upgrade our players weak foot as much as we can
What happens when the bug occurs? As players, we start with a 2 star weak foot and the tree gives us only two upgrades - meaning our max available weak foot is 4 stars instead of 5.
What should be happening instead? either we should start out with a 3 star weak foot, which would be the easier fix OR add another weak foot upgrade to the tree so we can upgrade it further to 5 stars.

That's all, pretty annoying bug if I'm trying to be a top level striker.
