Hi , my ultimate player evolution is missing , preordered the game before long time ago on ultimate edition and still missing inside of the game 

I have completed all these objectives in fc 24 ultimate team and I have been playing fc 25 ultimate edition since early access came out and I still haven't received anything, will these rewards ever be given or was it just a hoax?

I ordered the ultimate edition of EA FC 25, I receieved the 4600 fifa points and other things, however not the ultimate edition evolution. I've looked around and so many have the same problem. I've restarted my game many times, I've been over 2 weeks now and still no ultimate edition evolution. 

Can anyone help?

I bought the ultimate edition of EA FC 25 a few days ago and still have not gotten my ultimate edition evolution. I had opened a case but it just closed with no response.

I bought the EA FC 25 Ultimate version and never received the Ultimate Edition EVO.

How can i get it?

After i bought the EA FC25 Ultimate Edition i couldn’t find the “ Ultimate Edition Evolution “ in the Evolution menu nor anywhere, after contacting EA Help, i was told to post this so my issue can be heard, please i urge you to look into the matter, this particular Evo is importantl for a player i’m trying to evolve.

I ordered the ultimate edition and have not played that much. I ordered it kind of late but got the early access with EA Play, so I was able to log-in and see what the new game was like and claim by ultimate edition exclusives. One of which was the Ultimate Edition Evo, which I got from the store and was hanging on to for when I got a player first owned to use it on. I finally got Mathys Tel and put him in a couple Evo's and was going to finish off with the Ultimate Edition Evo, but it is gone. I have looked on the game in all the tabs and on the Companion App, with no luck. I have not used it on any other player and have no idea when it disappeared. This is kind of absurd since the ultimate edition costs so much more and now I am not getting the benefits of it.

Can anyone clarify for me why I didn't receive the rewards that I was supposed to, as I completed the pre season objectives In fc 24. 

I was expecting the following:

80+ x10

82+ x10

82+ x5

 P.S . It is very disappointing to realize I don't have them yet as I expected to have them already at the pre order kick start. I worked hard to complete the objectives especially to get these packs.

Hopefully we will manage it .

I update this post as today I've noticed that I received perks to claim(were supposed to be the packs.. I pressed "claim perk" ..but no packs still. Yesterday I also received a notification with "thank you for your patience..." but still after all this thing what was supposed to be my packs..still nothing.
