‘Gold Rush’ achievement not unlocking

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The achievement for increasing your Clubs rank doesn’t pop when meeting the criteria.
What happens when the bug occurs? Achievement didn’t pop when increasing to rank 4 in Clubs Rush.
What should be happening instead? Achievement should unlock as my rank has increased.

I obtained the achievement with no issues on the Series S/X version of the game. I have restarted the Xbox, rebooted the game, cleared the cache/saved data - all with no effect. I’ve played games after and no luck unlocking the achievement. I have seen a previous report but they said that reaching 200pts (Div 3) unlocked the achievement. However, I don’t fancy my chances getting there…
