Players have long sleeves in winter conditions, even when set to Short in Edit

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Edit a player and set his sleeves to long.
What happens when the bug occurs? When playing a match at overcast weather or any winter weather and his sleeves become automatically long.
What should be happening instead? The sleeves should remain as we set them in Edit Mode.
