Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opened the Sobre Iconico revelacion pack for 3000 FC points under the impression that there was a 91+ overall icon and received 87 overall Icon Zola. EADirect X account tweeted that the pack was mistranslated and that compensation was sent to affected users. I did not receive a compensation pack. EA support asked that I use this forum page to state my issue and hopefully it gets picked up by someone on the game team who can help.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pack was supposed to give me a 91+ overall icon player and instead it gave me a 87 overall zola.
What should be happening instead? I should have received a 91 + rated icon player. This was the only reason I paid money for FC points
