Career mode Stuck on Menus

There are at least two menus in which you can get stuck on in EA FC 25 that I have discovered (I'm sure others can add more below). Firstly, the assigning and hiring coaches menu requires you to go the player development menu and then back to the main menu if you want to exit, clearly a mistake as you should be able to back out easily which you were capable of doing in the previous versions of the game. Secondly, when simulating matches, if you want to make changes and go to team management (I found it usually happens in the second half), you are unable firstly to make changes, and when you try and leave the menu using the exit button (b in my case), it does not work, resulting in you having to restart your game completely and re-sim the match. I find it crazy how these issues (specifically the first one) have been in the game since release, and NO ONE at EA has picked up on it, it's as if you don't even test the game before and after you release it. Hope you can finally start paying attention to career mode instead of doing a UI changes every few year thinking that will satisfy us, whilst filling your pockets with children's FIFA point purchases with their parents credit card.
