FC25 Reward Issues and Request for Assistance
Hello,
I am experiencing issues with not receiving several rewards in FC25, and despite creating multiple tickets in the support center, I have not received any solutions. Below are the rewards I was unable to claim despite completing the required tasks and qualifying for them:
- 81 TOTW Player Pick
- Max. 88 Base Icon
- FC Pro 25 Open - Global Qualifier YouTube Viewing Rewards
- FC25 Ballon d'Or Completion Rewards
I completed all the necessary tasks and was eligible for the rewards, but I was unable to claim them. The issues I encountered include:
- Sometimes receiving a "server down" error.
- At other times, the option to claim the rewards was not functioning.
Despite reporting these issues to the support center multiple times, I have not received a solution. I was repeatedly told "The issue will be resolved, please stay tuned," but I still have not received any of my rewards, and they seem to have disappeared.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice on how to resolve this issue. If anyone else has experienced similar problems, I would also be interested in hearing any potential solutions.
