Rivals constant back out after being in queue

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you go into division rivals queue in elite division you meet people who back out consistently
What happens when the bug occurs? I get into a game and people leave instantly and it happens over and over
What should be happening instead? Maybe occasionally someone leaves as they have bad ping but not every single time, i should either be queuing for long periods of time to find a game or when I get into a game they should ready up as it is most frequent that ping is not a problem.
Whenever I am in division rivals I get into queue and meet sometimes 20+ accounts back to back which leave in the first second. Why is this happening it wastes my time and demoralises me.
