Career Mode, Subsitute Freeze

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. EA app - PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number idk
Enter RAM memory size in GB idk
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure, you're the game creators it's your job
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes when i'm playing career mode and i make a subsitute in the second half, the game freezes i can press anything except from backing out and forces me to close the game and restart, i'm not sure if anyone else has the same problem?
What should be happening instead? it should allow me to make a sub without crashing.

Sub Freeze Glitch, please sort it, idk what to put here other than that.

    Adding to this report.

    There is a bug in manager mode when you have already played 5 substitutes, if you go into manager mode again, there is no option to go back to the game, you are stuck in team management.

    OK,

    adding again.

    The bug specifically affects the game play if you use the mode Jump to SIM, its in that mode where if you use 5 substitutes, go back to game play, and then go back into management mode that you then cannot use the back button to go back to gameplay,
