My FUT Champions opponent is cheating, preventing my players from running

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To reproduce this issue, here are the steps to follow: Start a FUT Champions match at a similar time (around 9 PM Paris time). Check if the opponent's players perform unusual actions, such as extremely powerful shots or increased speed, while your own players are unable to run properly. Observe if the opponent’s shots succeed from any position or distance, and note any abnormal behavior. Play until around the 60th minute and check if a disconnection occurs. Note if the disconnection results in an automatic loss for the affected player. You might also try reviewing server logs or monitoring for suspicious activity in match data to identify whether unusual parameters or game modifications are involved.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs: My players become unable to run properly, significantly reducing their speed and responsiveness. My shots go in random directions and do not follow the given commands. Meanwhile, the opponent’s players maintain normal or even increased speed, and their shots always succeed, regardless of position or distance. Around the 60th minute of gameplay, a disconnection occurs, resulting in an automatic loss for me. After restarting the game, it is impossible to note the opponent's username or save evidence (replays) to report the suspicious behavior.

During my FUT Champions match that took place at around 9:00 PM Paris time against an opponent with a username similar to kana4162, my players couldn’t run anymore, and my shots went in random directions. Meanwhile, my opponent’s players could run, and their shots all went in—even when shooting from far away or from any position—with shots that seemed to have increased speed.

I suspect my opponent may have cheated, but perhaps I was just the victim of a bug.
Around the 60th minute, the game disconnected. I believe the score was around 10-0 in my opponent's favor when the disconnection occurred. When I returned to the game, it counted as a disconnection on my part, and I therefore lost the match.

This also prevented me from noting the player’s username or saving highlights that could showcase the cheating.

What kind of compensation do you offer for this type of issue?

This isn’t the first time this has happened since I started playing the game, but it hasn’t happened very often either (maybe three times in 200 hours of gameplay). However, this time it happened during FUT Champions, which is unacceptable.

I hope you can do something about this, and I hope it can be resolved quickly, ensuring it doesn’t impact my final result in this weekend’s FUT Champions, which is so much more important than other events.
