Sorry, but the only way to get a new code is to buy the game brand-new. Each code is single use only and can only be connected to one Origin/Sims account. If you bought the game used that means it's more than likely already been registered, and EA does not give out codes for second-hand games. You should try returning the game since it's useless without a code.
