Re: Monte Vista won't download/install

Thank you very much that was very helpful I'll get in touch with an adviro! and yes sorry it's a world haha I wrote this in a haze of disapointment and fatigue :')
I've had that error message before but not this time, it has now downloaded into my launcher which I thought was great but I have just selected it and clicked 'install' and after it has been installing (green bar moves to the end) it says "Installation failed" and that is how it has been since I started trying.
First I tried downloaded it from my purchase history but this time I downloaded it in-game from the store.

My game is up to day version 1.67.2... etc

yeah with expansion packs and stuff packs plus store items it's easy to mix them up 🙂 i do too :D

do you get an error message ? or something see the log for details ? did you manage to get it installed at all ?

Nope, nothing, just 'installation failed' ;/ ... it's very strange, because I used to be able to install tons of store content then I updated my game and then everything uninstalled and now won't install again. It seems like I'm the only person having this problem, perhaps it's something to do with my laptop, it's only a cheap(ish) one...??

ohh I've had stuff uninstall on me too  and a patch or a store patch was supposed to fix that which it has for a lot if people, is your laptop a mac ? as i'll post in the helpers corner to see of our mac player/helper can assist
