@Olifanten27 Windows 10 and El Capitan will no longer support SecuROM and SafeDisc which is the DRM that TS3 was released with. Any new installation of TS3 (or addition of a digital download pack from Origin) will require a patch for Origin being the new DRM. Download the Origin client installer - link - Origin installer Install Origin - create an account - redeem codes. If you get the digital download version Origin will patch the game to version 1.69. At this point you can redeem your packs and install the packs.

Thanks!
However, I started playing Sims 3 with Origin since I have Windows 10. I bought the new games via Origin. But I can not redeem them in Origin, it says it is not a correct code and should be redeemend on the site named previously..
Clueless what the problem is. Perhaps you have further ideas/solutions? 🙂

@Olifanten27 If you are trying to redeem worlds they are store items and need to be redeemed in thesims3.com site. Once you redeem the code you have to go to the purchase history and download the world to the download folder of the launcher. Open the launcher and the download tab and install the world.
