Would it be possible to get more information on this?

  • Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
  • Is anything else happening?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

    Are you getting an error message? No
    Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode? Quick Play mode
    Is anything else happening? No

    Played a round in Quick Play mode.  Round summary showed 3 par saves.  But they didn't register for the quest.

    Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?:no. However, if I had to say it, this phenomenon happened on the "Get 5 Per Saves" quest on the Augusta National Par 3 course.
    Is anything else happening?:no

    When I contacted EA support before, they said "It's not a bug, we've never heard of such a report" (as Patrick said in EA Support chat on 2024/4/3 18:23:27). However, there are several opinions on reddit and steam that this is a bug.

    @EA_Illium Same problem on PS5. The challenges the says 'get 5 par saves' doesn't work. I tried playing several times and got up and down for par from off the green 27 straight holes and it still reads 0/5. This prevents me from progressing to the next stage of challenges for this course as well.

    Same problem as with Top of the Rock last year. Solved it with replay using a booster. Did not work at Augusta though.

    Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode? Not sure what that means...all I know is that Par Saves are not working at Augusta Par-3 course. I am playing the course in "Quick Play", and have played with my created player as well as pros.
    Is anything else happening? Nope...everything else seems fine.

    I have missed shots in the fairway, the sand, and the rough, and no up-and-downs ever count toward the "Par Save" requirement for Augusta Par-3 Course mastery.

    Here are screenshots...this is after I finished one round at the Par-3 course. Shows I had 3x "Par Saves". But then, on the Mastery Quest screen, it still shows I have 0/5.

    I have played the course multiple times more, and still no Par Saves count. I have probably totaled 20-30 Par Saves on the course and the Mastery Quest screen still says "0/5"...please get this fixed so we can advance to the next level of course mastery!
