Hideki Matsuyama iron spec not showing up after I bought it.
I bought the iron spec mentioned a few days ago, I saw some people had the same issue and it appeared after some time so I decided to wait. It still hasn't showed up, what can I do to fix this? It was 15000 coins so it would be nice to haveMissing Rewards:PGA Tour Road to the Masters (2025).
Game shows I "Collected" a reward yet it is not in my rewards tab nor in my club specs tab. It was a Legendary Hybrid Spec for completing the three requirements for the Arnold Palmer Invitational Tourny under Career Quests/PGA Tour. This was on PC and I have reported on May 17, 2026 to Support and am awaiting resolution.4-Player Lobbies Broken (Backend Profile Corruption) & EA Help is a Dead End
I am posting this here because EA Help has made it completely impossible to speak to a human being. I am experiencing a game-breaking matchmaking bug on Xbox Series S that is completely isolating my profile from 4-player games, and I have absolutely no way to reach anyone at EA to fix it. The Issue 3-player lobbies work perfectly fine. The exact microsecond a 4th player joins the lobby, Everyone is instantly disconnected. How It Happened I previously did a full reinstall of the game. It actually worked temporarily after that, right up until I attempted to play with one specific friend. The moment they entered the lobby, the connection crashed, and my profile has been completely broken ever since. Now, even when that specific "problem player" is not online, I still get disconnected the moment any 4th player enters the lobby. This clearly indicates that the lobby crash injected a corrupted network token straight into my EA profile data, which is saved on EA's backend cloud servers. Troubleshooting Already Attempted To save the forum moderators from posting generic copy-paste advice, please know that I have already tried the following system-level steps: Performed a full 72GB game reinstall 4 times (which only worked once until the conflict happened again). Cleared the Xbox Series S local cache and performed a hard power cycle on the console. Deleted local console save data and cleared the "Reserved Space" multiplayer cache partition. Unplugged my home router for 5 minutes to completely flush the NAT routing tables. None of this works because the second the game boots up, it downloads my active, corrupted profile state directly from EA's servers. The Support Nightmare I tried to contact EA Help to ask an advisor for a manual backend Account Sync Reset to clear this glitched matchmaking token. However, the current support is nonexistent. The automated live chat is a useless bot that goes in infinite circles, refusing to route to a real person. To make matters worse, EA has shut down its support presence on X, leaving paying customers completely stranded with zero human utility. Is it possible for a Community Manager or Moderator to please escalate this to the technical team? My EA ID is effectively poisoned on your matchmaking servers, and I just want to be able to play a round of Ryder Cup golf with my friends.
Is PGA Tour on PC unplayable for others?
I have been having a problem with the game for some time now, that means I can't play the game. I tried to boot the game up, but when it tried to connect to the server, it just kept trying and would not connect. I exited the game, but now it says the game is still running in Steam. I try to stop the game, but it keeps staying "Stopping" but it doesn't work. I have tried all the help forums but nothing I have tried works. I can't even Uninstall the game as that option has been removed from the Manage tab in Steam. So I am stuck. I can't make it run, I can't uninstall it. Where do I go from here? For context, I have had this game since it first came out I have put in nearly 70 hours. I just don't know where to turn to and EA doesn't seem to offer personalised support beyond generic help article. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?Black/Grey Screen
When opening the game the screen just stays black. it doesnt crash and it will stay there for hours, the only thing that happens is the screen turns slightly gray on occasions and the mouse will show and stay stuck in the center of the screen.. I have already attempted to do the following things with no success. Change the HardwareSettings.json file to ensure Graphic settings are set to the lowest as well as HDR being disabled. Boot PC in safe mode Run as administrator Disable Fullscreen optimization Use compalibility manager on Windows 11 alt + Enter to put in windowed mode cleared Ea app cache repaired/ verified game files (Have installed and uninstalled game three times) im sure ive done a couple of other things but cant remember right now All my GPU drivers are up to date i run plenty of games with higher PC requirements not sure why this game in particular is giving me trouble. I played this game when xbox cloud offered it on cloud gaming i finally buy it and its been a whole week of troubleshooting with no success. Thanks in advance for any support
Can't play Masters - Game Crashes To Desktop Immediately After Intro Video
So we are now 1 year and 12 updates down the track and I still can't play The Masters Tournament in career mode - absolute disgrace and kind of embarrassing for a game which has the strapline: "Road to the Masters"! Game works pretty flawlessly otherwise - 70 hours logged and have played most every course and no other issues with career mode - except for the Masters. I can play Augusta without any issues via Quickplay but every time I try to play the Masters in career mode, without fail, the game crashes to desktop right after the intro video. I am confident this is not an issue with Windows, graphics card or settings, or my hardware spec as I can replicate exactly the same behaviour on both my desktop and laptop - crash occurs immediately after the cheesy Masters video completes on both systems. This issue has been identified on this forum and others numerous times by others and there has never been an adequate response from EA - just unacceptable... Platform: Steam (PC) EA online name (in the EA App): ScottyZEE3 Are you getting an error message? No - straight-up crash to desktop. Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Since purchase (Dec 2023) What are the exact steps we can follow to reproduce this? Try playing the Masters If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... If on PC an EA Error Report ID (Steps here): If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
Pga tour golf
I hope the franchise will be renewed soon. I hope it's not. Dad for another 5 years like they did with McElroy version. The hiatus between renewals means that people aren't talking about the game and although some games are renewed annually and it makes it monotonous, maybe EA sports can get the PGA tour renewed every 3 years similar to to the 2K competitor version. I think some improvements to the game is necessary but the game has a solid foundation in the use of lidar and other imaging on the courses it has is amazing. Some area of improvement would include a greater personalization of your character. I also think they need to have fantasy courses. Fantasy courses can be purchased separately like the old tiger woods courses. They were the best and it kept a lot of players coming back to play. Another edition would be customizing the clubs so that you have something to play towards in terms of improving the distance and a hitting strike of the club. I think more customization with the weather and the settings in the golf course would help. I noticed that I play on a higher difficulty than my friend, but he ends up having to play on the similar difficulty and it's frustrating for him. Please do not give up on the PGA tour golf. I know it's not as popular, especially among young gamers, but there is a bunch of adults that really love the game. It's calming. It's fun and the announcers are well done. The game is gorgeous.
The reason why EA Abandoned the PC gaming 15 years ago and consoles 10 years ago
CHEATERS. It has nothing to do with the game being too arcadish like the extremely small group of regulars left on this forum, and what EA wants you to believe are saying. It was CHEATERS. Back in the tw08 days we coined the term "Edgers" to label a cheat who was either using mouse drivers locking the axis, or hard edges on the mouse or joystick to ensure straight swings. Its simply very easy to cheat in a golf game and no way for the game to detect it. In 2008 EA claimed it was hackers pirating their games that was costing sales causing them to abandon the pc. They been complaining about that since 2005. People use to burn games even for consoles. But the truth was most people bought their game to play online in with friends and family or to meet people in community clubs and tournaments, etc.. And you couldn't do that with a pirated game. But starting in 2005 cheating started becoming a major problem and eventually the game became a ghost town just like this one by 2008. Well not as bad as this one, not even close, but a dead pop by 2008 standards. These are the same reasons many of us are now going back to 2k23 or like me buying it for the first time. And let me tell you, its an amazing experience compared to this game. Its what i've always wanted in an online golf game and I'm least thankful for ea pushing me to 2k23. It has an actual mmr and ranking system with crossplay for all control types. And I get instalty matched with a palyer of my level for a competitive matchup, almost all the time. I'm loving it. But I originally thought ok maybe ea is trying to make every game mode a hard simulation because they are just listening the wrong people. But now I'm thinking those wrong people are EA themselves after they just locked another thread asking for turn based multiplayer options, and people in there started gathering to call the fact out development is making everything a similuation mode, which agian 99% of players don't want was was evident on this forum many months ago. Now only the sim people are left, and its literally just a dozen of them! lol Why did EA ignore 99% of the community that was asking for turn based multiplayer since launch, for literally months and months on end? Not even acknowledging this request while addressing others? Because of everything I've said above which, understandably, they still hold resentments over.
