Road to the masters career mode freezing
Half way through my first season. Whenever I try to enter an event on career mode the game freezes. Have tried deleting saved data, playing a quick match and uninstalling the game. Nothing works. I can create a new pro and play but I’ve lost all my progress. Playing on Xbox.
cheating
its obvious that ea doesnt care about this game anymore, but the amount of cheating thats going on is out of control. its obvious who cheats and who doesnt (if people say no one cheats, youre kidding youself) no one is going to stick any shot within 3 feet on every approach/finesse/knockdown shot or even hole out but i just witnessed it in consecutive games where the player literally had all said shots within 1 1/2 feet to the hole (with varying wing conditions from calm to 10-15mph) truly disgusting what people think they need to do to win

So, time to name the current ATGs as I see it as of Feb 2025. I’m excluding players who don’t post a score when they can’t win, either by not attempting or by giving up when they know the top spot is out of reach. Amateur - Midnght_Mrauder1: consistently either winning 18 hole tournaments on all courses, all conditions and doesn’t only shine when the tees are blue or white Pro - Midnght_Mrauder1: As above, the stand out player for this format Tour - Tiotono242: Like Midnght with am and pro, he is the most consistent player on tour level. Particularly shines when the wind is up and proves theories about the wind being ‘inconsistent’ is an excuse made by lesser players. Sim - Tiotono242: Another double winner. Always in the top 2-3, always posts whatever the conditions and doesn’t rely on favourite courses or when the tees are brought up. In cracking form atm, maybe the unofficial #1 in my eyes. *Four-hole bash about - Honourable mention to Rooster315: His dedication to playing the four-hole daily over and over…. and over and over…. and over and over to post the ‘winning’ score attests to the saying ‘hard work beats talent’. Kudos and, as a result, deserves the fact the game nearly always puts his name first when scores and tiebreakers are equal. I mean, that’s totally meaningless and of no value, but he's probably more worthy of this freebie than anyone else.I can't be a top player if...
... if all I do is replay the 4-hole tourney over and over and over until I get a top score but are nowhere to be seen on the 9-hole or 18-hole tournaments tour level and above, and can't fathom the wind after hundreds of hours, so-much-so I avoid windy sets tour and sim. I might show my face when the tee boxes are brought up to blue or white but I'm kidding myself. Nope, I have to accept I'm not a top player and it doesn't matter how often I tell myself and tell others, I'm not and have to accept there are much better players than me. Oh well, at least I can own it...Freezing all the time and score glitches
Game keeps freezing on Xbox x whenever I am in the menus. Also glitches if I go to a playoff in carear. My score isn’t correct on the screens but the announcers are announcing the correct score. After every round in carear it freezes and I have to quit and restart
Road to Masters/ Serverconnection
A very frequent error, loosing connection to EA servers, seem to appear very often. Im running fiber optics with a 1000/1000 connection and im located in Sweden. How can You/EA run such an instable serverfarm after this many years after first release? Here is my analogy and advise.... Im happy you are not making cars with that stability as goes for your servers ;-) i looked up your revenue/profit and it seems like you can afford hiring people to setup your servers so they'll gain at least a 98% stability People might not spent on the next first release golfgame you create, stability is really not giving any incentive.
Not being able to play with friends
Hello for a long time we can't have private matches with friends. It's not everybody but quite alot just cant connect. What happens is we setup a private match and when the 4th player joins it disconnects from EA servers. Been happening for a long time just wondering if anyone else has reported this issue ? and do you know a fix for this ? Any help appreciated, thanksReward Points Gone and No Spec Acquired
I had purchased the Cameron Champ's Driver Spec when it was finally in the store again. I go to equip it to my driver and its nowhere to be found and the reward points are gone. So frustrating putting in the work and the game betrays me. PGA Tour Road to the Masters!
