Same, LG C2,
Pay for EA Play Pro and every game they release is broken on the first day or two for some reason or another.
Same issue here LG C2 48”
Black screen and hard lock or colours go completely nuts because of Dolby Vision mode
Sounds like the common issue here may be the Dolby vision setting.
I know it's not optimal but did you try to set your HDR to standard HDR 10 or even disable all together and see if that helps?
Exact same issue here. Using an LG OLED which is only the most popular 4K TV on the market and it crashes the second it tries to swap to Dolby Vision.
Typical EA experience.
Uninstalled and moving on.
Same here. LG. I messed with the files and I did get it to work if i forced it to borderless but I dont want to have a window constantly there since its oled. Please fix!!!!

On PS5, display settings, set HDR. deep colour and RGB range to Auto or On when supported.
On PC, setting to play borderless as above may be the way to go for now.

Thanks.
Should my game look like this ?
New build...
Asus ROG Strix B760i-Gaming
I5 13600 KF
XFX RX 6650 XT
GSkill Trident Z5 NEO (5600MHz, CL28)
Running at 1080p.
Edit - As a comparison, this build ran Perfect Golf on Ultra High settings with no issues whatsoever.
Second edit - I stumbled on a setting in the Accessibility menu. I turned the colour-blindness option off and all is well.
I cant even get into the settings menu without it freezing and crashing.
I purchased the deluxe edition on Steam to have the early access and the game simply won't play on my LG Oled CX TV. I have a high spec PC, I5 12600KF CPU and 3080TI GPU but the games crashes on start up and knocks the resolution totally out of sync. I have tried turning off Dolby vision, lowering the resolution from 4k. Uninstalled it and try again three times but nothing seems to work. I've tried to boot the game on the EA app plus Steam but no difference.

So to confirm your suggestion for a game that hard crashes your PC on launch due to a Dolby Vision bug is to get into the main menu and set the game to borderless?
Kind of hard on account of the whole my PC is locked up and crashed thing.
How about a AAA studio that delayed this game already makes a product that launches?
cant load the game!! Never mind getting into the settings!
- @EA_Barry So please inform us on PC how we are supposed to change to borderless when we can’t even get in the game. 🤦🏻♂️

I have no doubt the devs have a passion for what they do, but EA is always going to be EA. They just had to push this game out to meet the Masters deadline, even though everyone probably knew it wasn't ready to go.
