Re: No Stars - Challenges not registering upon completion.

I am on pc and it is not even loggine wins for the cups says I have one them but not giving me rewards and today no challenges are giving me them either it was fine yesterday

The stars challenges is not working as of today which is April 11 but on April 10. The stars was registering but I just got through playing challenges and I completed it properly and I have no stars here.

Will complete a challenge by getting 5 balls on the green or 5 FIRs and it will not record any of them not even 1

I have the same problem.  

I am having the same problem on Xbox Series X/S. Completed challenges on coaches challenge and Cobra challenges and even though I did meet all the objectives, I got no credit or stars. 

I'm trying to do a sponsor challenge where I use Bryson CeChambeau for the power drive challenge. To get the three stars you need to hit all 5 drives in the fairway. I did this several times and still no three star award. So, I tried the next challenge which was hitting a stinger shot in the fairway. I did this three times and got all drives in the fairway and not even awarded one star. So, I figured maybe I needed to get all three stars on the previous challenge, and again I put all 5 power drives in the fairway, and no award for doing it. And, if anyone is wondering, yes, I had 'power drive' selected each time and yes, each drive landed and stayed in the fairway. EA Sports needs to put out a patch on all these bugs in a hurry.

This is day two after the first patch of no progress stars being awarded for any of the challenges.

If you play a challenge, the stars do not pop up on the top right when you earn them, but it does show what stars you earned at the end of the round before you exit that challenge.

Then once you are in the challenge main menu the stars are not recorded there.

This has only started to happen since the patch 1.00002 on PlayStation 5

Unfortunately this happens on Xbox as well, which never got the patch. I think it's bigger than the patch... There is a whole issue with the way EA's servers communicate with the game. Either the servers can't handle the load, or saved progress isn't being relayed properly back to the local.machine. I really think it should have been that the stars and rewards be assigned locally and uploaded to their servers, but I'm sure they did it to prevent the game getting hacked/modded on a local level.

But if everything is saved on their servers well... they gotta get the servers right.

I downloaded the game 24 hours ago and haven't been able to play at all.  As I'm in the 24 hour window I've claimed a full refund from EA and have deleted this game.  Really disappointed that they could release something so buggy and basically unplayable.  May come back when/if the game is ever in a fit state for customers. 

This has happened to me too on many challenges on Xbox, I'm probably out 7-8 stars total on several challenges from sponsors to championship moments etc. It's crazy I'll have to document them all

Not receiving Rewards for Quests or Challenges after completing them. I believe I’ve gotten most the day after but it’s getting really frustrating. This has been going on now for a week.
